A: Not at the moment but it is in the pipeline.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, use the contact us page or email on info@soapfeelsgood.com to request a return.

Q: Do you trade at markets?

A: Yes, All notifications for markets and fairs will be shown on social media or here on the website. keep up to date and sign up to the newsletter and follow through social media.

Q: How are the soaps packaged?

A: The soaps are bound with a label made from card and twine, cushioned with paper inside a sleek black box. Included in the box is a Collection leaflet with information about the soaps. Sealed with the brand sleeve and additional twine. The box is then secured in a postal bag (please put the postal bag in your compost bin as it is 100% decomposable, just don't forget to remove the labels and your soap!).

Q: Are the soaps organic and environmentally friendly?

A: The soaps are made from organic ingredients, the soaps are 100% environmentally friendly.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: Never tested on animals....just the occasional human.
